Amid rains, searches launched in Naira Tahab village, clashes erupt | KNO

Pulwama, March 18 (KNO) : Amid intermittent rainfall, the government forces on Wednesday launched Cordon and Search Operation in Naira Tahab village of South Kashmir's Pulwama district. Official sources told KNO that on specific inputs about the presence of militants, a joint team of forces including 55 RR, 180 CRPF and SOG Pulwama launched a search operation there. During the searches, intense clashes brojke out between forces and youth in the area during which forces used tear gas canisters to disperse the youth. The searches were going on when the report was last filed.(KNO)
